Patient Support Programs
The Patient Support Programs (PSP) provide assistance and support to the patient to promote and improve their health and quality of life related to a treatment. They are made available to the patient, family members, or caregivers, to provide them with the necessary tools to understand their condition and treatment, with the aim of accompanying and empowering the patient regarding their illness. This improves treatment adherence and reduces annual healthcare costs.
We offer solutions tailored to the needs and preferences of each patient through various omnichannel technologies or home visits:
-
Care through digital platforms
Our remote staff are qualified and properly trained to provide support and training to both patients and their families and caregivers throughout the entire process.
-
Home care
In-person visits through healthcare personnel and other experts (psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians...) as a complement to remote care.
The services of the Patient Support Program include:
-
Education and Training
Innovative programs that ensure excellent care and support for the patient throughout the treatment process through healthcare professionals.
-
Treatment adherence
